Program Title : Master of Computer Applications
Program Wise Eligibility:
1.The candidate should be an Indian National
2. The candidate should have passed B.C.A. or B. Sc. (Computer Science) or B. Sc. (IT) or B.E. (CSE) or B. Tech. (CSE) or B.E. (IT) or B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% in case of candidates of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State)
3.The candidate should have passed any graduation degree (e.g.: B.E. or B.Tech. or B.Sc or B.Com. or B.A. or B. Voc. etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% in case of candidates of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State)
4.Valid score in any of the following common entrance examinations: Maha Cet(MH-CET), CMAT, PAI-CET & PERA
5.Obtained Score of any other State level Entrance Test of States in India
6.Obtained non zero positive score in Entrance Exam
7.Should have good communication skills
8.Should be able to converse, read and write in English given that the medium of instruction. MCA Program is English.
The decision of the admissions committee shall be final in deciding the selection of a candidate.

All International students will require a student visa endorsed by this Institution for joining full-time courses. No other endorsement is acceptable. The visa should be valid for the prescribed duration of the course.
A visa is required for International students. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) who possess either OCI (Overseas Indian Citizenship) or PIO cards do not require Indian Visa.OCI and PIO card gives them the freedom to visit India without a visa. OCI and PIO cards are multi-purpose lifelong visas for visiting India. However, those PIOs who do not have PIO or OCI cards have to apply for a student visa.

Program Title : Master of Computer Applications
Program Wise Eligibility:
- The candidate should have or equivalent of the Master’s Degree / M.Phil. Degree and obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate (at least 50% in case of candidates of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State).
- A person whose M.Phil. dissertation has been evaluated and the viva voce is pending may be admitted to the Ph.D. programme.
- All admissions for Ph.D. programmes shall be through an Entrance Test conducted by DrPAIU. Candidates qualified in UGC-NET (Including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (Including JRF)/SLET/GATE (valid score) or teacher fellowship holders Page 3 of UGC-CSIR NET, will be exempted from the Entrance Test for Ph.D. programmes.
- An interview is organized by the DrPAIU where the candidates are required to discuss their research interest/area through a presentation before a duly constituted Department Research and Review Committee.
- The students will get a provisional admission till the further acceptance of the proposal by the Department Research and Review Committee.
- Duration of the Programme: Ph.D. programme shall be of a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years.
- The women candidates and persons with disability (more than 40% disability) may be allowed an additional relaxation of one year for M.Phil. and two years for Ph.D. in the maximum duration. In addition, the women candidates may be provided Maternity Leave once in the entire duration of M. Phil. /Ph.D. for up to 180 days.
