Dr. Anita M. Belapurkar is a postgraduate in Organic Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Pune. After completing her M.Ed., she joined Azam College of Education. She is a teacher Educator with 30 years of teaching experience at UG and PG levels in Teacher Education Institutions. Her expertise is Educational Psychology, Inclusive Education, Recent trends in Educational Research and Science Education.

She is a research guide in Education at PG, M.Phil. and Ph.D. levels and guided many PG students and Ph.D. scholars. She has contributed extensively to teaching-learning and research. She has been invited as a resource person at various state, National and International conferences, refresher courses and faculty Development Programs. Her research papers and articles have been published in National and International Journals. She is a Board of Studies member for Savitribai Phule Pune University and Saint Mira’s Autonomous College for Girls. She is also the counsellor for all the programs in Education by Indira Gandhi National Open University.

The college organized various cultural, academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities and National, International conferences and workshops under her leadership. Presently she is also a master trainer for an International Project AURORA.

Prof. Kiran Sanjay Bhise earned a First Class degree from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, commonly known as Sagar University, at Sagar in 1988 and a First Class degree in Masters of Pharmaceutics from the same institution in 1990. In 2009, she received a Ph.D.  from Bharati Vidyapeeth. With Lupin Laboratories in Aurangabad, Emcure Pharmaceuticals in Pune, Gov Polytechnic in Bhopal, Poona College of Pharmacy in Pune, S.G.R.S College of Pharmacy in Saswad, and M.C.E Society’s Allana College of Pharmacy (ACP) in Pune, she got professional and teaching skills. Joined in 1996 as a lecturer in Pharmaceutics at Allana College of Pharmacy, she later received advancements to Assistant Professor, Professor and Principal. She has taught Research Methodology, Molecular Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmaceutics, Biostatistics and Physical Pharmacy to undergraduate and postgraduate students, and has mentored nearly 50 PG students , 05 Ph.D. Scholars with 06 currently pursuing their P.h.D. She has filed 06 Indian patents; received rs 35.96 Lacs grants for her Major Research Project titled, “Unani antipsoriatic topical Nano particulate drug delivery system”, under AYURGYAN EMR Scheme, Ministry of Ayush New Delhi, and Rs. 6.8 Lacs for her three Minor Research Projects sponsored by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune; presented numerous papers at Conferences. She was a member of the BOS, member of the Faculty SPPU for three terms, and has been a member 32/5 of the SPPU. She was also the Vice President APTI Maharashtra State for 1 term. As a Principal who values inclusivity and discipline, she supports an all-encompassing, holistic approach to the personal growth of the faculty and students.

Dr. Roshan Kazi is a Director and Head Research Centre at Allana Institute of Management Sciences, Pune. In addition to this he is also Dean, Faculty of Commerce & Dean, Faculty of Computer Application and IT. He specializes in applied statistics. He has taught Business Statistics over several years. He is a sought-after trainer in statistical software SPSS.

 

He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from SPPU formerly known as the University of Pune and Post Doctoral fellow in Management from Indian Institute of Management Indore. He has national and international publications to his credit. His papers have been published in 10 SCOPUS indexed journals 

 

Dr. Roshan Kazi is known for his workshops on Data Analysis using SPSS. He has channeled his interest and energy into a successful career in teaching. He is Research Guide for Doctoral students under SPPU.

Ar, Lina Debnath graduated from University of Calcutta in 1993 with a First class and completed Masters in City Planning from IIT Kharagpur in 1998, also with a First class. She gained professional experience with various well-known firms in the metro cities like New Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. After coming to Pune in 2000, she commenced teaching in Allana College of Architecture (ACOA) Pune, initially as a visiting faculty member. 

Subsequently, she joined as a full time Lecturer and took over as Principal In-charge in 2011 under the guidance of Founder Principal Professor Emeritus R. T. Ghogale.

She has taught Design and Humanities oriented subjects from Architecture Design, Aesthetics and History of Architecture to technical subjects like Building Services. This has helped her to achieve an integrated approach to guide students for dissertation /projects.

An avid learner, she believes that learning is a process that continues for life. In her pursuit of academic excellence, she has attended numerous Quality Improvement Programs and Seminars that benefit her and her students. 

As a Principal with the belief in continual life-long learning, she encourages her teaching as well as non-teaching staff to update their knowledge and skills. She has been instrumental in setting up the academic quality and environment at ACOA, with focus on architectural pedagogy and educational ethics.

As John Maxwell says that a leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.  Dr. Aacharya is a living example for this saying.  Coming from a small town of Madhya Pradesh and now contributing on the national level of education and mentoring ecosystem Dr. Aacharya has come a long way.  He is a post graduate in Information Technology (M.Sc. Information Technology) and Business Administration and bachelor of media and animation. Sir is also certified Computer Professional by National Computer Science Academy, Texas USA, He is also Google Certified Professional, Certified Professional from Autodesk, Certified Associate in Adobe applications. He is also Microsoft Certified Professional and a proud member of the American Marketing Association. 

 

He is also a member of The Animation Society of India, ASIFA India, Twaga and BoS Member of Chandigarh University. He is also serving on a honorary position as Academic Expert: Board of Studies in AAFT University of Media and Arts, Chhattisgarh.  

Dr. Rishi Aacharya apart from his extraordinary technical qualifications has keen interest in exploring inter-religious harmony.  Sir has also authored 4 books and he is also guiding various startups in Animation and IT.
