Passed HSC with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

Direct Second Year: Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 45% marks from institutions approved by PCI.
