About the College

Allana College of Architecture was established in 1999 by the M.C.E. Society with donations given by Mr. Abdul Razzak Allana & Late Mr. Hussain Allana. The College is approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, All India Council for Technical Education, and Directorate of Technical Education Mumbai, Maharashtra State. The College has conducted multiple architecture undergraduate and postgraduate courses since its establishment: B.Arch. since 1999, M.Arch. (General) from 2005 to 2009, and M.Arch. (Construction Management) since 2010. It has been affiliated with reputed universities such as Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere, Maharashtra. The College imparts education leading to a five-year full-time B.Arch. course, a two-year full-time M.Arch. (Project/Construction Management) course, and a Bachelor of Interior Design (B.I.D). The College is housed in a spacious building constructed as per norms and specifications of AICTE and the Council of Architecture. It has spacious, well-equipped studios and classrooms with audio-visual facilities, a library with over 6,000 titles and a digital library of reference books, computer labs with 24-hour high-speed internet and the latest software required for architecture, a research room, art court, model-making workshop, carpentry workshop, building material museum, climatology and building services lab, construction yard and workshop for hands-on practice of various construction techniques, a seminar-cum-conference hall, reprography room, students’ common room, and free Wi-Fi access for staff and students.

Programmes Offered

Eligibility for Admission to First Year of Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

1. Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics OR Passed (10+3) Full-time Diploma Examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education / Central / State Govt. or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject OR as declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.
2. The Candidate should have appeared and qualified the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture via www.nata.in or JEE conducted by NTA OR as declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.

Eligibility for Admission to First Year of Master of Architecture (M.Arch.)

1. Passed Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institute or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability).
2. Obtained score in M.ARCH-CET of Govt. OR GATE-Architecture OR CET of the University OR equivalent OR as declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.

Eligibility for Admission to First Year of Bachelor of Interior Design (B.I.D)

1. Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination in Arts, Commerce, or Science stream OR Passed (10+2) or (10+3) Full-time Diploma Examination from a recognized institute or its equivalent examination OR as declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.
2. Candidate should have appeared for PERA-CET of Interior Design with a non-zero score. Candidates who have appeared for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture via www.nata.in or JEE conducted by NTA will also be considered eligible OR as declared by the appropriate authority from time to time.
